Ajay Bhutada is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2012 and a 20th rank holder (AIR) in CA PE-II (Intermediate) examination. He is currently pursuing Certified Internal Auditor® (CIA) course as conducted by Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA USA).

He has a rich exposure with large multinationals and national level enterprises in the domain of internal and risk assessment audits, revenue audits, policies & SOP formulation, process re-engineering, statutory audit, tax audit. His core area of competence is Internal audit, Operational risk consultancy & advisory, Internal financial control (IFC) advisory with over 7 years of experience spread across industries like BFSI, manufacturing, telecom, agribusiness, logistics, infrastructure, hospitality etc.
He has worked with the international accounting firm M/s Grant Thornton India LLP Mumbai handling assignments of Internal Audit and IFC Advisory spread across various industries. He has also worked with the Indian accounting firm M/s Khimji Kunverji & Co LLP Mumbai, engaging himself into various Internal, Statutory and Tax Audit assignments spread across industries like Pharmaceutical, Capital Market, Mutual Fund, Yarn Manufacturing, IT Training service etc. He also worked in manufacturing industry (Food & Beverage), Mumbai.
